These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of SearcHub, operated by All in One . By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and post listings on SearcHub.

2.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.3 Listings

• Sellers, landlords, agents, and accommodation hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the property, accommodation, or vehicle listings they post.
• Property listings (sale or rental) must reflect properties the Lister has the legal right to sell, rent, or market. Fraudulent or unauthorised property listings are strictly prohibited.
• Accommodation listings (hotels, guesthouses, short-stay) must accurately represent the property, its amenities, and availability. Overbooking or knowingly inaccurate availability is prohibited.
• Vehicle listings must accurately describe the vehicle's condition, mileage, and history. Listing stolen vehicles, vehicles without valid title/ownership, or vehicles with undisclosed material defects is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, misrepresents ownership, or appears fraudulent, without prior notice.

2.4 Transactions

• SearcHub is a platform that connects buyers, renters, travellers, and Listers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or ownership of any property, accommodation, or vehicle listed.
• Property transfers must be conducted through a qualified conveyancing attorney, in accordance with South African property law. SearcHub does not facilitate or process property transfers.
• Vehicle sales must comply with applicable South African motor vehicle registration and transfer requirements (e.g. eNaTIS). SearcHub does not verify vehicle title or process ownership transfers.
• Accommodation bookings — where SearcHub facilitates payment for a hotel/accommodation booking through an integrated payment gateway, those transactions are subject to the specific booking terms disclosed at checkout.
• We strongly recommend viewing properties/vehicles in person, verifying ownership documents, and using secure payment channels before completing any transaction.

2.5 Fees & Subscriptions

Certain features (e.g. featured listings, premium packages) may require payment. All fees are disclosed before purchase and are non-refundable except as described in our [Refund Policy].

2.6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees through off-platform arrangements advertised on the Platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our written permission

2.7 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content (photos, descriptions) you post, but grant SearcHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform and in marketing materials.

2.8 Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users, at our sole discretion.

2.9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Search Hub and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses related to transactions between users.

2.10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

2.11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
